I have been a bodyworker since 1986 studying many healing modalities over the years. I was introduced to Zero Balancing (ZB) in 1993. Since then I have continued my study with ZB core and advanced courses while incorporating ZB into my massage therapy practice. In 2006 a “harmonic convergence” happened in my life, and I decided to enter an involved certification program for Zero Balancing.

Because I can work at deeper levels of healing, thereby opening up more possibility for change for my clients, Zero Balancing is now my healing modality of choice. Occasionally, depending on the person and their particular needs, I will combine some Zero Balancing within a massage session. Or I might provide a longer session (1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hrs.) in which a ZB would follow a massage session.
