Zero Balancing: A form of bodywork that balances energy and structure of a person. The term Zero Balancing came from an early client who pronounced herself as “balanced, like I’m at zero” at the end of a session.

Energy: Seen and unseen movements that includes muscular activity, circulation of tissue fluids, cellular and molecular vibration, and movement of the life force itself.

Structural Body: The bones, joints, connective tissues, and organs.

Skeletal System: The deepest, densest tissue in our body which conducts the strongest energy flow through our bones and connective tissues.

Fulcrum: Uses specific finger pressure and held stretches that provide a point of stillness (stationary point) around which energy and structure can reorganize and balance.

Interface Touch: Provides a clear and respectful boundary between practitioner and the client.
